• Image of The Home Of Football.

Highbury was Arsenal's beloved home for 93 years, between 1913 and 2006.

Available as a print or on canvas, this painting attempts to capture the atmosphere and hotbed of anticipation close to kick off, with fans walking as one through the terraced houses along the routes they've been taking since they were young.

Most prominent in the image are two of the most famous stands in English football's history, the beautiful and truly unique Art Deco East Stand, and famously boisterous North Bank.

The painting specifically shows the scene 10 minutes before kick off on the 7th May 2006, with the stage set for one last game at Highbury. Arsenal ran out 4-2 winners thanks to a Thierry Henry hat-trick, allowing them to overcome Sp*rs into the 4th place and qualification for the Champions League.

A fitting end for what had been the most comfortable of homes.
